Even if the internet or the server connection drops, the till keeps selling. Once the connection is back, sales sync automatically. Receipt numbers never repeat.
Updates without stopping your work
New versions download in the background and install only after you confirm — never in the middle of a sale.
Your data is yours
The database is kept in the store. We never send sales, products or personal data to VICO’s server without your permission, and export is always available. PINs are encrypted, and terminals connect only with authorised approval.
A backup only you can read
A VICloud copy is encrypted on your computer with the owner’s password before it is stored on our server. It is switched on only with your permission.

Installation, training and equipment setup are a separate one-off fee. Custom automation is agreed separately. If a payment is late, the till, your data and export keep working. After the grace period only paid features may be paused — with notice in advance.
